USER AGREEMENT
I - Terms and Conditions of Sale of n solutions Products
General Conditions
The following describes the terms and conditions which will be applicable between you (the “Buyer”) and n solutions (the “Seller”) for the sale and purchase of the products/articles/subscriptions (the “Goods”) presented in these web pages under the domain www.njoy-translations.com. The Buyer must read, agree and accept all of the terms and conditions contained expressly or incorporated by reference in this User Agreement. Use of n solutions web pages constitutes the acceptance of the User Agreement.
Validity
This Agreement is effective upon acceptance in registration for new users, and is otherwise effective on January 1 2009 for all users. The Seller may amend these terms and conditions by posting the amended terms on the web pages.
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are changes. The terms in this Agreement do not affect the Buyer’s statutory rights as laid down in International Consumer Protection Laws, in any way. These terms shall govern the sale of Goods by the Seller to the Buyer.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Furthermore, all orders for Goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase Goods and are subject to acceptance by the Seller. The Seller may choose not to accept the order for any reason.
Price and Payment
The price of the Goods is presented on the Seller’s web pages. For Buyers from a EU Member State the price will be presented consisting of the total cost of the order, including VAT. For Buyers from a non EU Member state the price will be presented consisting of the total cost of the order, excluding VAT. Therefore, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay the applicable customs fees and taxes when ordering from a non EU Member state. Delivery fees are included in the price.
Pricing of goods are correct at the time of entering information, however, n solutions reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the Buyer.
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks. If the issuer of the Buyer’s payment card refuses to authorise payment to the Seller, the Seller will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Buyer’s undertakings and warranties
The Buyer warrants that the information given on the order form submitted by the Buyer is complete and accurate. The Buyer must submit whether the Buyer is an EU national or a non EU national for the purposes of determining the appropriate VAT. This is information is collected by at the time the contracted payment processing provider(s).

Limitation of Liability
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including the Seller's obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) to give you a refund, if you cancel your contract, if the Seller does not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale, the Seller’s liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the Goods ordered by the Buyer in the relevant transaction.
The Seller is under no circumstances liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits or damage arising out of or in connection with the Seller’s web pages or Goods or this Agreement. The Seller is under no circumstances liable for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence from Buyer's nor of the Seller’s agents, sub-contractors, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, officers, directors or employees. The Seller is also under no circumstances liable for death or personal injury resulting from errors in translations and/or mistakes and misunderstandings in the use of the service between Seller and Buyer, and Buyer and any third party. It is the Buyer's complete understanding that the Buyer him/herself is the sole liable for any kind of event resulting from the use of our online translation service.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is invalid, unenforceable or illegal, such provision shall be severed, and the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Notices
Any notices shall be given to the email address the Buyer provides upon registration process (in the Buyers case) or to the email management @ njoy-translations.com (in the Sellers case). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified of an invalid email address.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts between the Buyer and n solutions shall be governed by Finnish Law and the Buyer and Seller submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Finnish courts, i.e. District Court of Vaasa. By accepting this Privacy Policy and User Agreement upon registration you expressly consent to our use and also disclosure of your personal information as laid down in this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, this Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of the n solutions User Agreement

n solutions collects information from you for the following reasons: To process your order, we collect your email address and also related information of your dietary preferences and allergies; To make your visit more rewarding and our products more useful to you, we may monitor customer patterns and your use of the website via cookies; in case you explicitly consent, we may send you information about forthcoming products, promotions and site enhancements by email. We do not collect and/or store any financial information as credit card numbers in our system - these are under the safe and strong control of the payment processing provider(s).
