Seven quick steps to safer dining
Step one 1 - get an account and access:
Step two 2 - select your dietary restrictions:
Step three 3 - choose subscription:
Step four 4 - translate your dietary restrictions:
Step six 6 - view and print translations:
Step seven 7 - ongoing use with an active subscription:
Step one 1 - get an account and access:
Sign up for free to get an account and access to the online translation service.
Attention: Remember to change and choose your own native language if you don't have English as your native language.
Check your email and confirm your account by clicking the link/url in your email. If the link doesn't work - copy the link/url into your browser address field.
Log in to the online translation service with your username and password - if you have forgotten them, you can find them in the confirmation email we sent you.
Step two 2 - select your dietary restrictions:
Choose from the ready-made "10 big Food Allergy restrictions" or from the ready made "Special Diet restrictions". Push the "info" link to see what the translation will contain.
Attention: If the ready made dietary restrictions options don't match your specific needs then you can Customize your own dietary restrictions by choosing a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 ingredients from a list of over 200 different ingredients. "Check" the ingredients box you need from the list.
Step three 3 - choose subscription:
"A subscription gives you the right to the content of our online translation service whenever, wherever and for as long as the subscription package you've chosen is valid."
Use your free trial option or order a subscription package of your choice. There are several subscription packages available and the content and price vary according to the number of different languages you need and access times to the translations.
Detailed information is given in this step before you choose and accept your choice of subscription package and the process is easy to cancel if you don't want to proceed.
Attention: Different campaign discounts are deducted after your choice of package and the deducted and final price is shown in the "Order summary" (see step five).
Step four 4 - translate your dietary restrictions:
Choose the language/languages you want to translate your chosen dietary restrictions into from the list of 55 languages.
Attention: You don't have to order all languages/translations at once - you have a subscription and as long as you have access to your account and available languages you can translate your dietary restrictions.
Step five 5 - payment:
After choosing the languages the system moves you automatically to the "Order summary". The free package is free (Total Price = 0) and doesn't move you into the payment process.
Other packages: We use the world's largest and safest payment processing provider PayPal. This means that we accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Master, Visa, American Express) payments. The payment process is according to PayPal's standard payment process.
Attention: As you move automatically into PayPals environment we don't gather or have access to any information about your payment details. Payment details are all under the safe and strong PayPal supervision.
Step six 6 - print translations:
After payment you return to www.njoy-translations.com automatically and now your translations are found and listed under "My ordered Translations" where you can print them or view them through your business 3G mobile phone browser. You have the option of two different sizes a "credit card" and a "wallet" sized translation card.
Attention: In some cases the translations can be to "long" to fit onto the smaller credit card sized translation cards - this is a problem which occurs due to extremely long ingredient names and due to the extreme "length" of the some languages. In these cases please only use the wallet sized cards.
Step seven 7 - ongoing use with active subscription:
With an active subscription you just "Log in" through your business 3G mobile phone browser and/or print your existing translations as many times as you want during your chosen access time.
If you have available languages left "untranslated" you just choose "New translation" - check the language(s) you want to translate into and the translation is done on-the-fly and is immidiately viewable and/or printable on your account page under "My ordered translations".
